I’m a change leader with nearly 30 years of experience guiding Fortune 500 companies and small businesses through transformational growth. From launching over 120 programs a year at Cisco to serving as a Principal Director at Accenture, I’ve built a career around helping people move through big, meaningful change—with clarity, heart, and a people-first mindset.
My most rewarding work has always been about impact: coaching women through Women Unlimited and the United Nations, creating scholarship funds in my hometown, and launching a community garden to feed families in the heart of Silicon Valley.
As the founder of Gant C&C and a certified executive coach, I bring structure and soul to every space I lead. BoldLEAP is the program I wish I had when I started my business—and now, I get to help other women discover their Superhero powers, passions, and personal North Star.

I’ve spent over two decades turning complexity into clarity—leading knowledge transformation and building systems that help people thrive. After 24 years inside a Fortune 500 professional services firm, I launched MavenWorks LLC to bring my passion for knowledge sharing and operational efficiency to small and mid-sized businesses.
I hold multiple business certifications and bring both structure and empathy to everything I do, from building a sustainable home, to launching eco-conscious community projects, to becoming a mom at 45 to my bold, brilliant daughter.
I founded BoldLEAP to help women move with purpose, own their strengths, and rewrite what’s next—on their terms.
